The Lead Business Analyst within the Digital Transformation and Technology department is a member of the Customer Technology Solutions team who is the subject matter expert for their system and/or product. In this role, the Lead Business Analyst will serve as the subject matter expert for Customer Data and Privacy as it relates to all CFA One Customers. This role will work across all of the product teams within the Customer Technology Solutions program, serving as a Change Champion to prioritize and sequence work appropriately within Quarterly Planning cycles for the overall program.


Serving as the Customer Technology Solutions subject matter expert for Customer Data and Privacy, this role will work closely with product teams across the Customer Technology Program, as well as partner with other departments within Chick-fil-A such as: Legal, Information Security, Enterprise Analytics, and Customer Marketing and Insights. This role will be responsible for ensuring that all Customer Data and Privacy rules and regulations are scoped and implemented appropriately. Additionally, this role will serve as a consultant to the Customer Technology Solutions product teams, evangelizing best practices and regulatory compliance rules to ensure Chick-fil-A customer information is always secure.


This role is responsible for the end-to-end development of all Customer Data and Privacy technology changes across all Customer Technology Solutions product teams. To be successful in this role, the Lead Business Analyst (Change Champion) will be responsible for ensuring alignment across diverse business areas, and is accountable to the scope, priority and timing of technology development for key initiatives, while adhering to all regulatory and compliance deadlines.

Manage/own the relationship and demystify technology for business partners
Gather requirements, create documentation and resources for system implementations, changes, and issues with high complexity

Responsible for owning relationships with functional business areas throughout the business and partners to determine technology solutions to realize outcomes for multiple small intiatives or a large initiative
Orchestrates end to end development of technology changes ("idea to deployment") across the Customer Technology Solutions Program

Ownership for achieving aligment across multiple, diverse business functions for the scope, priority, strategy, and timing of technology development

Drives clear understanding among leaders and SMEs across business functions regarding the method used for developing technology

Influences and represents the systematic impact to multiple products of a given change through knowledge of the overall architecture and dependencies with each.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Experience leading significant system or platform enhancements/implementations
  • Knowledge and/or experience with Agile development approaches and techniques
  • Experience in driving teams and management to decisions
