  • Work closely with Strategic Sourcing to generate insights into indirect spend categories at Chick-fil-A, Inc. and its subsidiaries.
  • Track all related sourcing project activity, progress and delivery of value for the company.
  • Support other teams in Corporate Procurement as their needs require.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders within Corporate Procurement as well as executive stakeholders across the business.

Responsibilities

As a Lead Analyst in Procurement Analytics, you will:

  • Lead assessment, analysis, insights, opportunity, risks, performance, and value capture for indirect spend categories at Chick-fil-A, Inc. and its subsidiaries.
  • Collaborate with Strategic Sourcing on annual assessments of indirect spend categories, collaborate with Procurement Operations on assessment of all transactional spend from our digital platform, and coordinate with our Supplier Relationship Management function on supplier risk assessment & mitigation and other metrics.
  • Drive analytic work across a group of indirect spend categories, such as construction services, professional consulting and software/hardware.
  • Need to learn quickly, partner closely with others, prioritize work effectively, and exert influence at all levels of the organization.
  • Provide input on contract management work related to annual sourcing calendars and coordination with business Stakeholders.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Engineering Related, Mathematics, Computer Science or other technical degree.
  • 3-5 years work experience
  • Data Analysis, Accounting, Finance, Strategic Sourcing
  • Knowledge: general knowledge of procurement process, supplier management, sourcing strategy; ability using Microsoft suite and data extraction/analysis tools such as Tableau and SQL.
  • Skills: systemic thinking, strong analytical and business acumen, problem solving, ability to effectively influence, superb oral and written communication.
  • Abilities: Mature and seasoned understanding of business, ability to learn quickly and gain effective orientation and understanding of concepts and issues, effective EQ and self-awareness, ability to connect well at multiple levels and cultivate trusted advisor relationships across the business.

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA in Data Science, Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain
  • 5-7 years work experience
  • CPA, JD
  • Broad knowledge and experience in Supply Chain & Finance
