The Lead Technical Product Owner within the Digital Transformation and Technology department is a member of the Agile team who is accountable and responsible for the product to which they are assigned.
The HostPoint Lead Technical Product Owner serves as the owner of a highly available centralized platform that hosts data and services that enable the commerce experience in Chick-fil-A restaurants. As a Technical Product Owner of a platform, you will be responsible for a set of digital assets used by many downstream products that provide ordering, production, fulfillment, and reporting capabilities. The HostPoint platform is the epicenter of all commerce channels and experiences that enable every Chick-fil-A customer interaction, and as such requires the highest degree of uptime and resiliency to ensure restaurant operations are uninterrupted. As the owner of a highly complex system that sits in the middle of an ever-changing and intricate environment, the Lead Technical Product Owner must work closely with other Technical Product Owners within the Customer Technology ecosystem to ensure cross-collaboration to effectively deliver business outcomes.
In this role, the Lead Technical Product Owner has an opportunity to build technology that is used all day, every day in every Chick-fil-A restaurant and directly influences Chick-fil-A's Customers, Team Members, and Operators. As the owner of a platform, in-depth technical expertise is necessary to communicate with the agile development teams who build products that use the HostPoint platform.
