Overview

As a Lead Business Analyst you will work as part of the Identity & Access Management (IAM) team
supporting Chick-fil-A's Identity Program. You will also be responsible for collaborating with functional
and technical partners to implement IAM functionality, e.g Operator, Team Member, and Staff facing web
apps, provisining and governance processes, and project rollouts and implementations. You will partner
with other members of the Digital Transformation & Technology (DTT) department, as well as the
business at large, to help them navigate the IAM space to achieve the best IAM related outcomes and
drive and help define the strategy and design for various systems that work to deliver a seamless
experience for all IAM customers.

Responsibilities

• Manage/own the relationship and demystify technology for business partners
• Manage support and maintenance of business systems
• Gather requirements, create documentation and resources for system implementations, changes, and
   issues
• Collaborate and interact with developers, stakeholders, system architects and various subject matter
   experts to manage the implementation of changes and issue resolution
• Define strategy, lifecycle, and design for systems/platforms supported
• Analyze and evaluate the current business processes, identifying areas of improvement
• Assist business partners in navigating the process to onboard new applications into the Chick-fil-A
   Identity ecosystem
• Work with DTT partners, business partners, IAM systems analysts and IAM engineers to understand
   and translate business requirements into technical architecture and design
• Own and manage relationships with business and technical partners withing the business and DTT
• Manage relationships with vendors and partners and act as a primary point of contact
• Possess a detailed understanding of all IAM systems, processes, and platforms supports, including
   how they are integrated and interdependent

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with UX/UI design
• Experience with business analyst body of knowledge (BABOK)
• Experience with product ownership/product management
• 2+ years of experiencein identity or cybersecurity related business analyst roles
• Deep knowledge of IAM processes and functions
• Experience with reporting and analytics within an itsm platform, preferably servicenow
• Experience with Jira and Agile/Scrum Methodology
• Certification of capability in business analysis (CCBA)
• IIBA Agile Analyst (IIBA-AAC) Certification
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Technical field of study such as computer science or related field of study and management
   information systems
